Easy 100 Gravity Stainless Steel Brewing System
The Easy 100 by Polsinelli is a complete gravity-fed brewing system that allows you to produce beer directly at home. Simple, economical, and functional, the Easy 100 brewing system provides everything you need to start your homebrewing activity with ease.
The kit consists of a series of vessels arranged on a multi-level structure that facilitates the different production stages. Positioned at the highest level, the sparge kettle is dedicated to water for rinsing the spent grains, while the kettle at the intermediate level is motorized, equipped with a Halo filter for the grains, and dedicated to mashing. At the lowest level is the wort boiling kettle, from which the wort is then transferred to the dedicated fermenter.
The system is complete with 20 mm Hot Beer Press hoses (suitable for food-grade liquids with temperatures ranging from -20 to 100°C), a Novax 20 electric pump with transfer valve, and a 40-plate brazed heat exchanger for wort cooling. Also included are the most important homebrewing accessories, such as stainless steel sight glasses and fly sparge, as well as support structures for the mash and sparge kettles.

Characteristics:
- Added stainless steel valve for flow regulation on the electric pump

- The motorized mash kettle is equipped with a reinforced thick stainless steel lid with inspection hatch for adding malt. The agitator assembly—consisting of motor, gear reducer, and paddles—is mounted on the same lid.
