Polsinelli is a family business now entering its third generation, where past, present and future come together in synergy. The company was founded in 1958 in the province of Frosinone, Lazio, based on a project by Celestino Polsinelli, initially specialising in the manufacture of wine presses and grape crusher-destemmers. Thanks to the excellence of its craftsmanship, the company quickly became a benchmark throughout central and southern Italy. The second generation took over in 1990 with Daniele Polsinelli who, together with his wife Sandra, transformed Polsinelli into an international benchmark for the design and manufacture of equipment and processing systems for the wine industry, serving small and medium-sized businesses as well as enthusiasts. Over the years, the company has broadened its horizons to include the production of equipment for craft brewing, olive oil production and other areas of the food & beverage industry, including kombucha, spirits and preserves.

The company’s international breakthrough came in 2012 with the launch of its e-commerce website, enabling Polsinelli to generate more than 60% of its revenue from exports and reach over ninety countries worldwide.

Polsinelli is able to develop high-quality professional systems and equipment designed to meet the specific production and customisation requirements of an ever-evolving customer base, creating tailor-made solutions and ensuring accurate, reliable and ongoing after-sales support.

The company is now transitioning to its third generation with Edoardo, son of Daniele and Sandra. A graduate in Viticulture and Oenology from the University of Pisa, Edoardo brings passion and technical expertise to the company, helping to strengthen Polsinelli as a successful Made in Italy model that is increasingly recognised as an example to follow. Today, the company’s headquarters extend over a 25,000-square-metre site, comprising a production facility equipped with Industry 4.0 technology, an innovative logistics department and a new 1,300-square-metre Store. Designed to provide a more efficient and comprehensive sales and customer support service, the Store also features collaborative spaces where creative ideas can be shared and projects with a high strategic impact can take shape. Within the new Store, a conference room with a dedicated food service area will host seminars, training workshops and Polsinelli Academy Master Classes, as well as initiatives and workshops organised by other institutions, consortia and associations.

Among the company’s short-term objectives is the establishment of a foundation where research, experimentation and synergistic collaboration between Polsinelli and the academic community will foster the development of new technologies applied to winemaking, brewing and other sectors of the food & beverage industry.
