Our shipping times may vary according to items availability.

Orders with products AVAILABLE are consigned to courier within 4 working days from order payment receipt. During the high season, from August to November, the order preparation time is about 7 days. In case of ordered products shipping time  is expressed in the item description.

An article is to be ordered if it is produced directly in the company and we have to wait end production or delivery of the item from our suppliers.

If you are purchasing more items, the order will be shipped only when all items will be available.

When order will  be shipped, we will send a confirmation e-mail with courier contacts and information. Then the courier will send by e-mail the tracking number in order to trace the delivery.


Couriers delivery times depend on order destination and on volume of purchased items.

For shipments to Italy delivery will take 2-3 working days, exception made for Sicily and Sardinia for which the couriers will take 4-5 working days.

In case of smaller islands,  inconvenient locations or voluminous shipments, delivery times could be delayed.

For shipments outside the Italian territory delivery will be within 4 working days.

For voluminous shipments the timing is about 7 working days.

Orders including items belonging  to "dangerous goods" category  cannot be given to express courier since it is necessary specific authorizations for transportation.
Delivery times for these shipments are 4-5 working days in Italy and 7 working days abroad.


Delivery times are indicative only and may vary during different year periods.

In case of storage, a second delivery attempt will be automatically requested with a telephone notification.

In order to open a damage claim for damages caused by the courier during transport, send a report with related photos to the e-mail address export2@polsinelli. it within 7 days from the date of delivery.
