Pacific Jade beer hops (1 Kg)

Pacific Jade hops are derived from the New Zealand variety First Choice and Saaz. It is used as a bittering hop but can also be used to good effect as an aroma hop with a slight bitterness due to low levels of cohumulone. When used in moderation as an aroma hop it blends well with the sweetness of the malt in Ale style beers. Can also be used to balance lagers by adding it at the start of the brewing process.
