Description
Hops Columbus (1 Kg)
Suitable for the processing of IPA, APA, Imperial IPA, Brown and Red Ale beers, Columbus hops are available in the Polsinelli Enologia store in 1 kg packages and are characterised by their peculiar intense aroma. Columbus 1kg hops for beer come from the United States and have a pellet shape, obtained by grinding and pressing into small grains. This ingredient, whose Alpha Acids are between 14.5% and 17.5%, gives top-fermented beers a distinctive citrusy, earthy and spicy flavour profile. Columbus hops in T90 pellets are sold in vacuum-sealed aluminium bags. In order for the product to maintain its organoleptic properties unchanged, Polsinelli Enologia recommends storing it in a cool, dry place at a temperature between 0 and +5°C. Please note that, depending on the production batches, the percentages of Alpha acids and Beta acids may be slightly different from the values indicated in the table.
