Yeast preparator SUPERSTART ROUGE (1 kg)
The SUPERSTART® ROUGE activator has the task of creating the right conditions for the yeast to work at maximum efficiency.
This is made possible by the strong presence of ergosterol, which allows us to have well defined fermentation closures.
Its field of use is in the vinification of red wines.
It guarantees us:
- A much more effective inoculation of the yeasts by improving their vitality and metabolism
- the avoidance of the synthesis of undesirable sulphur compounds
- an increase in resistance to ethanol
- an easier start to malolactic fermentation
- to limit the creation of volatile acidity by up to 50%.
Also useful for fermentation restarts
Use: in the tank containing the must to be fermented, only after it has been rehydrated in water.
