The 400 semi-automatic bottling line is a kit complete with everything you need to tackle the job of filling food products such as wine, beer, oil, drinks with an alcohol content below 20% and fruit juices.
Consisting of a capper, labeller and professional filler, this bottling kit allows you to fill and finish up to 400 bottles per hour. The filling machine's suction system is specifically designed to handle food liquids with special characteristics, while maintaining their organoleptic qualities. The semi-automatic electric capping machine seals the container by applying crown and mushroom caps, ideal for both beer and wine. It is then possible to complete the container with the labelling machine, a tool designed to easily customise a large number of containers by attaching adhesive labels of different sizes.
