The 2000 L stainless steel tank with air float and the conical bottom is designed to assist companies in the wine fermentation and liquid food storage phases, a perfect solution for both small production facilities and industrial plants looking for a high-quality professional container.
Thanks to the AISI 304 18/10 steel with which it is coated, the 2000 L tank with air float and the conical bottom is highly resistant and can be easily sanitised thanks to the mirror-polished internal finish. The structure is supported by 3 stainless steel feet that guarantee optimal stability, while the reinforced bottom has a conical shape with a 10° slope that facilitates the correct decanting of the contained liquid. The total and partial drains and the 300 mm manhole allow the liquid to be drawn off easily, also thanks to the presence of a stainless steel wine taster and a tap designed to allow the extraction of a minimum quantity of wine or must.
The correct isolation of the wine inside the 2000 litre tank with the conical bottom is ensured by an air float equipped with an air chamber in transparent food-grade plastic, designed to best preserve the organoleptic characteristics of the product.
