It is in fact a necessary tool in the carbonation process, indispensable for both homebrewing and professional activities. Made with a stainless steel tank and mixing paddles, this Priming vat allows you to produce 200 litres of beer. The system is equipped with a stirrer that reaches a number of revolutions designed for the perfect mixing of the product with the sugars added for carbonation, thus reducing oxygenation to a minimum. Perfect mixing of the sugars in fact reduces the likelihood of gushing, also known as the "fountain effect", which is especially common in craft beers. The system also includes a stainless steel beer meter and an inspection door with knob.
