Refurbished 50L oak barrel
Regenerated externally and internally with oxygenation and enrichment of tannins.
Tannins, in addition to being extracted from the grapes during fermentation, are also found in the wood, which is why the wine acquires their aromas even while it is in barrels or barriques.
The tannin gives the wine its color and provides the delicate pink hues in proportion to the garnet load.
Another function of tannins is that of preservative, in fact they also act as antibacterials, protecting the wine and ensuring its longevity.
