Mangrove Jack's Mead M05 Dry Yeast (10 g)

This high ester-producing yeast strain is ideal for achieving fresh and floral aromatic profiles, especially when fermented at lower temperatures. It is distinguished by its high alcohol tolerance and its ability to work effectively across a wide temperature range.

It is particularly suitable for mead production in all its styles.

When used with honey, it is essential to add a yeast nutrient to ensure a complete and optimal fermentation.

Directions for use:
