The potassium metabisulfite available from Polsinelli is the ideal additive for artisanal wine production. In fact, this product is able to protect musts and wines from a series of chemical processes that could compromise their quality and final integrity, such as oxidation, the proliferation of microbial flora, and the agglomeration of phenolic substances contained in grape skins. The 1 kg potassium metabisulfite is a highly pure potassium derivative commonly used in food preservation practices, including professional and industrial applications. From an oenological point of view, the 1 kg potassium metabisulfite can be used at different concentrations during various stages of winemaking, from clarification to preservation, both on must and on filtered products. The method of use for the 1 kg potassium metabisulfite involves dissolving the contents of the bag in a small amount of water, according to the instructions, followed by dilution with the product to be treated.
