All grain Kit Amnesia for 55 L - Belgian Tripel 

This kit allows us to have a very strong Belgian-style beer, the finish must be dry and not sweetish and mask the strong alcohol content. The massive use of table sugar (sucrose) leads to a greater formation of esters and therefore fruity aromas by the fermenting yeast.

The kit includes:

• Malt: Pilsner
• Hops: H.HERSBRUCKER
• Yeast: T-58 or ABBAYE (we will ship the yeast available at the time)
• Detailed recipe

Characteristics:

• Fermentation temperature: 19° - 26°.
• Expected alcohol content: 8%.

Recipe includes the use of table sugar (1.5 kg) not included in the package

Ideal for Easy 50 beer system and Easy 50 Conical 60°.
