Polsinelli is a family business now entering its third generation, where past, present and future come together in synergy. The company was founded in 1958 in the province of Frosinone, Lazio, by Celestino Polsinelli, initially specialising in the manufacture of wine presses and grape crusher-destemmers. The second generation took over in 1990 with Daniele Polsinelli who, together with his wife Sandra, transformed Polsinelli into an international point of reference for the design and manufacture of equipment and systems for the winemaking sector, serving small and medium-sized businesses as well as enthusiasts. The company also manufactures equipment for craft brewing, olive oil production and other areas of the food & beverage industry, including kombucha, spirits and preserves.

The company is now transitioning to its third generation with Edoardo and Damiano, the sons of Daniele and Sandra. Edoardo, who holds a degree in Viticulture and Oenology from the University of Pisa, contributes his passion and technical expertise to making the company an increasingly successful model of Made in Italy excellence. Damiano, who will also soon join the company, is currently studying Economics and Management at Luiss University in Rome.

Today, the company headquarters extends over a 60,000-square-metre site comprising a production facility equipped with Industry 4.0 technology, an innovative logistics department and a new 1,300-square-metre Store. It is a space designed to provide a more efficient and comprehensive sales and customer support service, with dedicated areas for exchanging creative ideas and developing projects with high strategic impact. Inside the new Store, a conference room with a food service area will host seminars, training workshops and Master Classes organised by the Polsinelli Academy, as well as initiatives and workshops promoted by other organisations, consortia and associations.
