Polsinelli, The Future Takes Space

A large turnout marked the opening of the new headquarters, attended by local authorities, customers and partners. Polsinelli’s new store in Broccostella: “The Future Takes Shape”, with 1,300 square metres of architectural vision and functionality.

Polsinelli’s headquarters has officially opened its new 1,300-square-metre store. Around 700 people attended the opening evening, entitled “The Future Takes Space”, hosted by Alessio Porcu, Director of Teleuniverso, who alternated interviews with moments of direct dialogue with the audience. More than just an opening ceremony, however, the event in Broccostella was an evening defined above all by a simple yet rare feeling: the feeling of being at home.

Institutional Greetings

The Polsinelli family opened the series of speeches. This was followed by greetings from the Mayor of Broccostella, Domenico Urbano; Regional Councillors Giancarlo Righini and Pasquale Ciacciarelli; the Mayor of Isola del Liri, Massimiliano Quadrini; Frosinone Provincial Councillor Gianluca Quadrini; Giovanni De Vacchi, Director of Unindustria Frosinone-Cassino; and Andrea Renna, Director of ANBI Lazio.

Among the other authorities in attendance were Francesco Facchini, President of Sora City Council; Mimma Barbati, Director of ITS Meccatronico del Lazio; Maria Paniccia, Director of the Internationalisation Department at INFORMARE – Chamber of Commerce; Luciano Parravano, Deputy Mayor of Broccostella; Senior Marshal Claudio Corsetti, Commander of the Carabinieri station in Isola del Liri, together with Marshal Giuseppe Solla; and Francesco Scalia, Professor of Administrative Law.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony, blessed by the parish priest of Broccostella, Father Ercole Di Zazzo, was an emotional moment, as was the tribute to the memory of Celestino Polsinelli, founder of Polsinelli: “He is with us. Always.” These two moments, more than any official speech, revealed the true essence of the Polsinelli family: people who never forget, who carry forward a legacy built first and foremost on values, even before business.

A New Space Where Architecture Meets Hospitality

Upon entering, guests discovered a space with a striking architectural identity, where wood, glass and technological solutions come together with functionality and meticulous organisation. A time-lapse video dedicated to the construction site retraced the entire building process in just a few minutes, from the foundations to the opening, conveying to the audience the hard work and passion behind every square metre.

The celebration continued with a buffet accompanied by craft beers and Cabernet di Atina, the “Melodie senza Tempo” concert featuring Cesidio Iacobone, Carla Arciero and Giacomo Cellucci, and “Salotto sotto le Stelle” (“Lounge under the Stars”), a space dedicated to stories and personal accounts from those who experience the company every day. These were not formal, impersonal conferences, but genuine conversations among people who work at Polsinelli, grow with the company, or have simply felt connected to it for a lifetime.

A Family That Knows How to Welcome

What made the evening truly special, even before the numbers and square metres, was the atmosphere: there was no distance between those who organised the event and those who attended, but rather a shared feeling of being among friends.

This is what has always distinguished Polsinelli: the ability to build genuine relationships and make every customer, supplier or acquaintance feel part of a shared story, founded on trust and friendship rather than purely commercial considerations.

It was precisely this sense of familiarity, tangible in every handshake and every smile throughout the evening, that made the opening a shared celebration first and a corporate event second.

The Future Takes Space

The Polsinelli family itself explained the meaning behind the title: “The Future Takes Space begins here, in our local community, and from here reaches the entire world. For us, ‘space’ means first and foremost creating room for a vision that has no final destination: the further ahead we look, the more we feel the need to go beyond, without ever cutting ties with our roots and traditions, while preserving the ability to listen and the craftsmanship that have made this company great from the very beginning.”

The new store was also created as a place for hospitality and sharing, designed to host Polsinelli Masterclasses while also being open to external workshops and conferences. More than simply a commercial space, it is a place conceived to ensure that everyone — employees, customers, friends and the local community — continues to feel part of the same family.
