Essential Oil Extractor Distiller with stainless steel tanks

The essential oil extractor on sale in the Polsinelli store allows you to obtain a very high quality product with several medicinal plants, such as lavender, mint, rosemary, bay leaves, thyme.

The essential oil extractor consists of a 75 liter heating tank, equipped with a removable internal filter; a lid with clamp closure, and a cooling tank with a capacity of 25 litres, equipped with tube and coil; the equipment also includes an analogue thermometer and an integrated safety valve.

The operation of the essential oil extractor is simple:

1. fill the tank with water up to the edge of the filter and insert the plants, compacting them to avoid spaces for steam outlet.
2. Fill the cooling tank with cold water.
3. Close the clamp cover and insert the pipe for the cooling circuit.
4. Heat the water in the plant collection tank.

Once reached the temperature of 100° C, the steam begins to capture the essence contained in the plant; crossing the serpentine circuit it cools and physically separates from the essential oil. In the last phase the essential oil extractor releases the finished product directly from the cooling tank pipette.

After about an hour from the start of the extraction, check the quantity of essential oil coming out and, in case of absence, stop water heating.
