Saccharomyces cerevisiae r.f. cerevisiae strain for the production of white, rosé and young red wines. Selected active dry yeasts (LSAS) non-GMO - For oenological use. Suitable for the preparation of products intended for direct human consumption within the framework of a regulated oenological use. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/934.
Characteristics of the multi-purpose yeast for white, rosé and young red wines FERMOL® 10
- Dosage forms: 10 - 30 g/quintal of crushed grapes or per hL of must.
- Instructions for Use: Rehydrate in 10 parts sugar water, max. 38°C for 20-30 minutes.
- Storage instructions: Store below 20°C. Batch number (BN) and best before (EXP): see barcode.
