Yeast Eno B (100 g)

Selected yeast for vinification.

Selected strains of Saccharomyces cerevisaie.

FOR WHITE WINES

Properties: High fermentation activity

Use: For rapid start of fermentations of grape must.

Application: Add the yeast in a quantity of 5 to 10 times its weight in a mixture of water and must brought up to 40°C.

Wait 10 to 15 minutes while stirring well, then add to the mass to be inoculated.

DOSAGE: 20 GRAMS PER 100 LITRES OF MUST

Storage: in a cool place, max. 20°C.

Opened packages should be stored in the fridge and consumed within 15-20 days.
