Send us your sample for analysis of your wine. In this way, our experts will analyse the wine and you will get feedback on many aspects including the alcohol volume as well as the recommended treatment and how to treat it. Results will be sent by e-mail within 10 working days after receipt of the sample.
To carry out the analysis, send a 500 ml bottle filled to the brim to the following address:
Polsinelli Enologia

Determinations measured:
- pH: pH unit
- Total acidity: g tartaric acid/L
- Volatile acidity: g acetic acid/L
- Fixed acidity: g tartaric acid/L
- Total sulphur dioxide: mg/L
- Free sulphur dioxide: mg/L
- Combined sulphur dioxide: mg/L
- Molecular sulphur dioxide: mg/L
- Alcoholic strength by volume: mL % volume
- Glucose/Fructose: g/L
Treatments will be recommended where necessary for the following parameters gr/HL - gr/mass:
- Ascorbic Acid
- Citric Acid
- Metatartaric Acid
- Tartaric Acid
- Antioxidant
- Bentonite
- Potassium caseinate
- Gelatine
- Potassium metabisulphite
- Polylact
- Gum arabic powder
Example of treatment method:
- The wine sample analysed has low fixed acidity; therefore the treatment should be considered as an attempt to stabilise the mass. Please note that the use of tartaric acid increases the wine's chances of resisting a possible bacterial attack
1) Decant and add tartaric acid and potassium metabisulphite to the mass.
N.B. Please note that the necessary use of potassium metabisulphite may partially discolour the product
