Triticum all grain kit for 55 L - Weiss

This kit allows you to produce a typical high fermentation wheat beer from the best German tradition. The mashing has special pauses that accentuate the aroma of cloves and ripe banana brought by the yeast specific for weiss.

The Kit Includes:

• Malt: Pilsner, Wheat malt
• Hops: H. Tradition
• Yeast: WB-06 or MUNICH CLASSIC (we will ship the yeast available at the time)
• Detailed recipe

Characteristics:

• Fermentation temperature: 17° - 20°.
• Expected alcohol content: 5%.
