In contrast to the traditional centrifugal system, this machine's compression decanting avoids the crushing of grapes and marc as they pass through the internal pipes.
The elliptical piston wine pump boasts a power of 3 kW, and an hourly output of 10,000 to 12,000 kg. It is equipped with a practical loading hopper, which allows the grapes and marc to pass through the rotor and be pushed along the outlet pipe.
