Made of AISI 304 18/10 steel, the 3000-litre stainless steel tank with the conical bottom is the ideal product for wine fermentation and storage of liquid foodstuffs, a perfect solution for the most demanding companies that need professional, high-quality support.

The structure of the 3000-litre wine tank is supported by 4 adjustable stainless steel feet that guarantee maximum stability. The reinforced bottom has a conical shape with a 10° slope. The total and partial drains and the 400 mm round door allow for easy removal of the liquid. Also present is the stainless steel wine taster, a practical tap for extracting minimal amounts of must.

The isolation of the wine inside the 3000-litre tank is guaranteed by the air float, equipped with an air chamber in transparent food-grade plastic, specially designed to best preserve the organoleptic characteristics of the product. The lid with float is easy to lift thanks to the winch system, made of galvanised steel for maximum durability. The 3000-litre stainless steel wine tank is complete with a level indicator, support for scale and stainless steel pump with pressure gauge. The outer surface is flocked, while the inside is mirror polished to facilitate cleaning and sanitisation.
