Oenosteryl 5 Effervescent (42 pieces)
Effervescent potassium metabisulphite tablets, available in dosages of 5 grams of SO2.
Ideal dosage: 1 tablet to sulphurise 100 litres of wine
Particularly appreciated in the administration of sulphur dioxide in small containers (e.g. barriques); also useful for easy and regular sulphurisation of must at the press outlet.
The blister packaging ensures the best protection and preservation.

When should Oenosteryl be added?
It should be added to the wine in the quantities specified by the dosage. For white wines, at the 1st and 2nd racking. For red wines, only at the 1st racking.
