American-modern style based on the structure of an American IPA with a taste that gives ample space to the scents of malt as well as hops.
The kit includes:
- Malt: Pale Ale, Munich, Crystal
- Hops: Sorachi Ace, Chinook
- Yeast: S04
- Detailed recipe
Hops for dry hopping to be purchased separately
Characteristics:
- Fermentation temperature: 16° - 20°.
- Expected alcohol content: 6.5%.
