P40 Peristaltic Electric Pump
The P40 Peristaltic Electric Pump is designed for the gentle transfer of liquids, semi-dense products, and high-viscosity fluids. The peristaltic pumping system preserves the organoleptic properties of the product, preventing mechanical stress and agitation during transfer.
The compensation chambers are made of stainless steel to ensure strength and reliability, while the internal EPDM food-grade rubber hose guarantees safety and compatibility with food products.
The pump is equipped with an inverter for flow rate adjustment and a pressure switch limiter that automatically stops operation in the event of overpressure on the discharge side.
Operation:
The pump operates according to the peristaltic principle: the rollers progressively compress the internal hose, creating alternating compression and relaxation. This movement generates fluid suction and pushes it toward the discharge side, ensuring uniform and gentle transfer.
Control panel consisting of:
- Buttons for pump start and stop
- Selector switch for reversing the pumping direction
- Mushroom-type emergency stop button
- Power indicator light and main switch
