The boil pot is designed to channel the vapours created during boiling and easily take them outside the cooking room. Entirely made of stainless steel Aisi 304 (18/10).

The cooker is equipped with:

• DIN25 stainless steel ball valve with stainless steel hose holder Ø int. 20 mm
• high thickness cover with fumes connection Ø 100 mm
• inspection door for hops range
• analogue thermometer with protection and thermowell
• additional stainless steel thermowell

Our pots, being made of AISI 304 stainless steel, are NOT suitable for induction heating system.
