The boil pot is designed to channel the vapours created during boiling and easily take them outside the cooking room. Entirely made of stainless steel Aisi 304 (18/10).
The cooker is equipped with:
- DIN25 stainless steel ball valve with stainless steel hose holder Ø int. 20 mm
- high thickness cover with fumes connection Ø 100 mm
- inspection door for hops range
- analogue thermometer with protection and thermowell
- additional stainless steel thermowell
