The 25-litre plastic fermenter drum that is on sale in the Polsinelli store is a container suitable for transporting and fermenting liquids and semi-finished food products. The Made in Italy article is made of food-grade plastic and has a cap with a bubbler for the escape of gases produced during fermentation. Its dimensions are 260x300x485(h) mm, reaching a height of approximately 660 mm with the bubbler.
The 25-litre plastic fermenter drum has an internal diameter of the mouth of 118 mm, an internal diameter of the cap of 35 mm and an external diameter of the tap spout of 22 mm. Also practical is the presence of the lever tap with drip-saving system, the screw cap with gasket and the double opening system that allows additional product to be inserted without unscrewing the main cap. The plastic fermenting keg with a capacity of 25 litres also has two convenient handles, while its rectangular shape optimises space in both storage and transport.
