All Grain Kit Summer Sky for 55 L - Blonde Ale

With the Summer Sky kit you will produce low alcohol pale ale perfect for the summer season or as an accompaniment to a meal. Strain slowly once mashing is complete for an excellent result. The low final density brings a dry and slightly bitter finish that helps the next drink.

The kit includes:

• Malt: Pilsner, Wheat malt, Pale Ale
• Hops: H. Tradition
• Yeast: US-05 or NOTTINGHAM (will be sent the yeast available at the time)

Characteristics:

• Fermentation temperature: 16° - 20°.
• Expected alcohol content: 5%.
