Vinocolor, the dye based on freeze-dried red wine and grape extracts that you can find in the Polsinelli store, is a 100% natural product designed to be applied to the central part of the barrels and therefore allows you to effectively mask the unsightly wine stains accumulating during the winemaking process and operations such as topping up.

To correctly use Vinocolor, you must: clean and rinse the barrel only with cold water; mix 100 g of product in 1 liter of water to dye the central part of a number of barrels that can vary from about 30 to 50 depending on their size; apply the solution to the outside of the barrel to mask the wine stains and obtain a uniform color; store the freeze-dried wine powder in a cool, dry place.
