All Grain Kit Summer Sky for 55 L - Blonde Ale
With the Summer Sky kit you will produce low alcohol pale ale perfect for the summer season or as an accompaniment to a meal. Strain slowly once mashing is complete for an excellent result. The low final density brings a dry and slightly bitter finish that helps the next drink.
The kit includes:
- Malt: Pilsner, Wheat malt, Pale Ale
- Hops: H. Tradition
- Yeast: US-05 or NOTTINGHAM (will be sent the yeast available at the time)
- Detailed recipe
Characteristics:
- Fermentation temperature: 16° - 20°.
- Expected alcohol content: 5%.
