Stabilizing agent for professional use only

Applications: Prevent haze and precipitation caused by ferric phosphate (ferric casse).

Dosage: From 10 to 100 g/hL (EU legal maximum content in te wine: 1 g/L).

Instructions for use: Dissolve directly in a small amount of wine to be treated, stirring continuously. Add to the remaining volume and homogenize by pumping over.

Storage:
Sealed package: keep the product in a fresh, dry and well-ventilated area.
Opened package: carefully reseal the package and keep as above indicated.
