CRIO 12000 Chiller

The CRIO 12000 is a high-efficiency glycol chiller for fermentation tanks, designed to complete wine and beer production systems. Through a series of valves and filters, it can be easily connected to a control panel and the fermenters. Once operating, it maintains the liquid at the desired temperature throughout the entire production process.

The CRIO 12000 chiller consists of several main components: a 6 kW compressor, 500 mm diameter fans, and an electric circulation pump for the coolant. It provides a cooling capacity of 18,020 W with propylene glycol at +5°C, and 12,120 W with glycol at −8°C.

The CRIO 12000 measures 1160x1200x1578 mm and weighs 290 kg (450 kg operating weight). We recommend installing the unit at least 1 metre away from any wall to ensure proper airflow for the cooling fans.
