Vaseline oil 

Also known as petrolatum, Vaseline oil is a product with neutral characteristics, ideal for food processing: it has a semi-transparent colour, is odourless, tasteless and insoluble in water. Polsinelli Enologia offers Vaseline oil in a 1 litre package, perfect for use with stainless steel tanks with float. Vaseline oil is poured between the edge of the float and the wall of the tank, so as to perfectly isolate any liquid foodstuff from the action of air, preserving its organoleptic characteristics. If necessary, you can use the 1 litre Vaseline oil to obtain a surface separated from the liquid that acts as an insulator even without the floating cover.
