Pneus 8 horizontal press with closed pressing system, closed drum with internal drainage channels.

Ideal for the production of high quality wines as it is capable of particularly soft pressing, via an air-pushed membrane, which guarantees high quality of must and wine. Half of the press tank is perforated, the other half is covered inside by a highly resistant non-toxic food-grade PVC membrane. An integrated compressor creates the desired pressure which presses on the grapes through the membrane and releases the must. A programmer can store and execute both standard programs and parameters that can be modified as needed. The electronic display constantly informs us about the pressing progress. The machine is made entirely of 18/10 stainless steel to facilitate maintenance and cleaning.
