Kit  all grain Neravena for 55 L - Oatmeal Stout

The Neravena recipe makes it possible to produce a black beer, like the night when the oats bind with the black barley, bringing balance and a note of softness to the palate that contrasts the hints of bitter cocoa and coffee given by the roasted barley.

The kit includes:

• Malt: Pale ale, Roasted barley, Oat flakes
• Hops: H. Perle
• Yeast: Safale S-04 or WINDSOR (will be shipped the yeast available at the time)

Characteristics:

• Fermentation temperature: 17° - 21°.
• Expected alcohol content: 5.5 %.
