American-modern style based on the structure of an American IPA with a taste that gives ample space to the scents of malt as well as hops.

The kit includes:

• Malt: Pale Ale, Munich, Crystal
• Hops: Sorachi Ace, Chinook
• Yeast: Nottigham or Bry 97 (we will ship the yeast available at the time)
• Detailed recipe

Hops for dry hopping to be purchased separately

Characteristics:

• Fermentation temperature: 16° - 20°.
• Expected alcohol content: 6.5%.
