The Smart 3 rollers mill with wooden base is the ideal tool for grinding barley malt, an essential step in the production of beer with the all-grain method. Consisting of hardened knurled steel rollers and an aluminium hopper, the Smart mill can be used to process any type of malt, with the exception of pre-moistened malt. The wooden base can be conveniently placed on top of a special bucket (not included) for collecting the ground malt.
The mechanism of the Smart mill with 3 rollers is designed to be operated manually with the side crank and, if necessary, an electric drill can be connected. The three rollers of the Smart Malt Mill are 126 mm long and 32 mm in diameter. They can be adjusted to the desired grind size by simply turning the eyelets and tightening the nut. The production capacity of the 3-roller mill Smart with wooden base is 70 kg/h. We recommend cleaning the rollers with a brush, without using water.
