The mixing tank is an essential equipment for the carbonation process of the beer. Proposed in a model of 1000 liters of capacoty, is essential for homebrewers and breweries. The 1000 liters Priming vessel has a diameter of 102,5 cm and a height of 179 cm. The tank is entirely made of stainless steel, which despite being lightweight, ensures high strenght and guarantees excellent durability. In addiction, it cleans easily and keeps uncahnged the organoleptic properties of the drinks. The Priming 1000 vat is powered by a 220 Volt motor and is equipped with a stirrer and a gear motor. The steel paddles are designed to ensure sufficient revolutions to obtain optimal mixing of the must with the sugars added for carbonation, minimizing oxygenation and gushing. Moreover, the device has an inspection door with knob to monitor the working phases and a tap for partial and total discharge with DIN 25 valve and Ø20 hose nozzle holder. The 1000 L priming tank is sold complete with stainless steel support for safe and hygienic storage, stainless steel washing ball and birrometer.
