The Easy 100 by Polsinelli is a complete gravity-fed brewing system that allows you to produce beer directly at home. Simple, affordable, and functional, the Easy 100 brewing system provides everything you need to start your production with ease.
The kit consists of a series of vessels arranged on a multi-level structure that facilitates the different production stages. Positioned at the highest level, the sparge kettle is dedicated to water for rinsing the spent grains. The kettle at the intermediate level is motorized and equipped with a Halo filter for the grains, and is dedicated to mashing. Below that is the kettle for boiling the wort.
The system is complete with 20 mm Hot Beer Press tubing (suitable for food-grade liquids at temperatures between -20°C and 100°C), a Novax 20 beer electric pump with transfer valve, and a 40-plate brazed heat exchanger for cooling the wort. Key accessories are also included, such as stainless steel brew thermometers and a fly sparge, as well as support structures for the mash and sparge kettles.
The system includes:
- Brew Touch control unit to program, store up to 10 recipes, and monitor mash and sparge temperatures
- 100-liter motorized mash kettle (220 V) with additional thermowell
- 100-liter sparge kettle with additional thermowell
- 150-liter boiling kettle

- 2 stainless steel radial gas burners (8 kW) with safety valve, pilot, piezo ignition, and 24V solenoid valve

- 5 meters of 20 mm Hot Beer Press hose (-30°C / +100°C)
