In fact, the use of Nobile Sweet oak flakes makes it possible to obtain a final product similar to the one resulting from barrique maturation, but with a lower cost in terms of both price and time. In fact, it is sufficient to mature the wine in contact with Nobile Sweet toasted oak for a period of time lasting from 3 to 4 months, in specific doses depending on the characteristics of the starting product and the result desired. The aroma released by the Nobile Sweet toasted oak chips releases hints of vanilla, toasted bread, plum, Pekan nut, a toasted aftertaste that will make the resulting wine even more enveloping and rounded. In order to best preserve the aroma of flakes, it is recommend to store Nobile Sweet toasted oak in its original packaging at a moderate temperature of between 5 and 25° at a point not in contact with the ground.
