Baking box and degreasing tray in stainless steel AISI 430, 1 kg of material for smoking supplied within the pack (compressed hardwood chips) for 5/10 cycles. Sliding front cover and complete opening, to allow the grill to be placed horizontally. Top air regulator, hole insertion for thermometer to check the temperature. The material for the smoking is made from beech wood and compressed oak, without using adhesives and other chemicals. The compression treatment allows you to obtain a yield twice as much in terms of heat and smoke compared to the uncompressed material available on the market.
