The P8 control panel is the essential component for controlling the fermentation process in the cellar, a must-have for quality beer and wine production. The P8 control box is connected to the refrigeration system and allows you to set the correct temperature for each individual fermentation vessel. Intuitive and easy to use, thanks to the 4 displays, it has two operating modes: automatic and manual. The P8 is designed for autonomous control of up to 8 fermenters.

Alternatively, models with 2, 4, 5 or 12 positions are available.
