FIRST LEVEL OENOLOGY COURSE - FULL IMMERSION
The art of making wine, a fascinating hobby that has been attracting more and more people for several years.
A short course in Oenology, thanks to which anyone can easily approach the wonderful world of wine. With our course, you will be able to make wine simply and naturally in just two lessons. The course is designed to be easy to follow and is offered at the cost of Only 95 euros including registration, teaching materials, Friday dinner, Saturday brunch, visit to a renowned winery in the Comino Valley with wine tasting .
The course will be led by Oenologist Maurizio De Simone, specialized in viticulture and oenology, assisted by Oenologist Edoardo Polsinelli and will begin on Friday at 6:00 pm and will be held at the Mingone Restaurant adjacent to the Polsinelli headquarters at Via Carnello 323 in Isola del Liri (FR) and continue on Saturday from 8:30 am. The course will take place upon reaching 20 registered participants.

Visit a renowned winery in the Comino Valley.
For those wishing to stay overnight, we have a special agreement with the Hotel Locanda Mingone, which will be happy to accommodate you for just 50 euros, including breakfast, or 70 euros for a double room, payable locally (to reserve a room, simply specify this in the order notes; we'll take care of it). If rooms are not available at MiIngone, rooms will be booked in nearby hotels.
