Looking for the right formula to make your own beer? With our "Level 2 Beer Brewing" course, you'll discover all the secrets and methodology for formulating your own recipe from scratch and designing "Your Own Beer." The opportunity to create "on the spot," experiment with industry experts, and share your product with the world will be unparalleled! Thanks to our valuable advice and guidelines, you'll be able to follow the entire brewing process step by step, creating all styles of beer. With the right mix of raw materials, you'll minimize the margin for error, fully achieving the goal of a product well-balanced in every component.

The easy-to-interpret course will be led by Engineer Francesco Casellato of Birrificio MostoItaliano. His class will challenge you, offering the true satisfaction of watching your beer ferment minute by minute. The registration fee is only €95 and includes teaching materials, brunch, snacks, coffee during the brew, and dinner on the first evening, where you will have the opportunity to discuss, exchange ideas and experiences as a moment of collective growth, and taste a variety of beer styles.

The course will be held at our headquarters in Via Carnello 323, Isola del Liri (FR), starting on Friday at 6:00 pm (theory) and ending on Saturday at 3:00 pm.

Friday at 6:00 pm (theory)

Saturday morning at 8:30 am (practice)

  • Realization of a recipe formulated in theory
  • Insights into all stages of the cooking process

The course will be supported by our staff, people with a wealth of passion, culture, and experience in the brewing field, ready to share their experiences.

For those wishing to stay overnight, we have a special agreement with the Hotel Locanda Mingone, which will be happy to accommodate you for just 50 euros, including breakfast, or 70 euros for a double room, payable locally (to reserve a room, simply specify this in the order notes; we'll take care of it). If rooms are not available at MiIngone, rooms will be booked in nearby hotels.
