The Global G-81 is a traditional Asian vegetable knife, perfect for both professional and home use. Featuring a tall, squared-tip blade sharpened on both sides and measuring 18 cm, it’s ideal for chopping, slicing, mincing, cutting, and scooping vegetables, herbs, and greens with ease.
