The Global G-102 is a traditional Asian vegetable knife, ideal for everyday use both in professional and home kitchens. With its high blade and squared tip, combined with a compact size (14 cm blade, 27 cm overall length), it is perfect for cutting, chopping, mincing, slicing, and collecting herbs, vegetables, and greens with extreme precision. Its versatility also makes it suitable for processing meat.
