ONE Degorging and Leveling Machine for Traditional Method
The degorging device is designed to automate the main processing stages of traditional method sparkling wine bottles, ensuring precision, quality, and consistency.
It is equipped with a liqueur tank featuring an inlet for compressed air (CO₂ or nitrogen) and an integrated pressure gauge for continuous pressure monitoring. The machine automatically performs uncorking, topping, liqueur dosing, and final wine level adjustment.
The tube uncorking system is positioned on the left side, while the configuration can be selected with 1 or 2 independent valves, ensuring high quality and uniformity throughout all operational stages.
The working cycle is fully automated thanks to an electronic controller. The volumetric doser, equipped with a needle valve, allows precise adjustment of the liqueur dispensing speed. Feeding is carried out via a pressurized tank with inert gas, while the dosed quantity is adjustable through a mechanical stop.
The machine also includes a circuit cleaning system using a dummy bottle and a preset automatic cycle. Additionally, it features a tank for collecting excess wine and a level feeding system positioned above the doser.
