The Global G-83 is a reliable traditional oriental multi-purpose kitchen knife, ideal for both professional and home use. Featuring an 18 cm granton-edge blade sharpened on both sides, it is perfect for peeling, slicing, and chopping vegetables, herbs, and greens with precision, while also proving effective for cutting meat.
