Granton kitchen knife Global G77 - 20 cm
Description
Global G-77: The Ideal Kitchen Knife for Cutting and Peeling Vegetables
The Global G-77 is a versatile, multipurpose kitchen knife designed to deliver maximum efficiency in daily cutting tasks. Equipped with a 20 cm granton blade sharpened on both sides, it is ideal for peeling, slicing, and chopping cabbage, leafy greens, vegetables, and herbs with precision and ease.
The granton edge reduces friction during cutting and prevents food from sticking to the blade, improving glide and speeding up prep work—especially when handling high-moisture ingredients. This makes it an extremely practical tool for fast-paced kitchens, both professional and home-based.
Made from Cromova 18 stainless steel, a molybdenum-vanadium alloy with a Rockwell hardness of 56–58 HRC, the G-77 offers excellent edge retention and corrosion resistance. Its hand-sharpened blade ensures clean, even cuts from the very first use.
The ergonomic stainless steel handle, hollow and filled with sand, provides a comfortable, stable grip even during prolonged use. The seamless monobloc construction between blade and handle enhances hygiene and makes cleaning easier by preventing food residue buildup.
Perfect for chefs and cooking enthusiasts seeking efficiency, precision, and professional design, the Global G-77 is a reliable ally for every kind of kitchen prep.

Useful Tips:
To best preserve the quality of the knife, even though it is made of stainless steel, hand washing with warm water and neutral soap is recommended, followed by immediate drying with a soft cloth. The use of a dishwasher is not advised to prevent potential damage caused by the oxidizing salts in aggressive detergents. For optimal maintenance, prolonged contact with acidic substances should be avoided, as they may cause slight surface oxidation.
